In the recent years there is an awakening in awerness about eating healthty food. People are more concious about what food is considered good or dangerous or it could cost risk to the health in the upcoming years.
Therefore, the scientist who investigates for years the benefits from food have made a pyramide food. This pyramide has specific kinds of food which people can eat daily. The food is ranked, the bottom of the pyramide is the most healthy food, it includes cereal, beans, bread.
On the other hand, Junk or Fast Food are commonly known for their easy preparation. It tends to be high in calories, with few nutrients. The Junk Food is considered by many experts to be the biggest cause for obesity in the world.
Besides, are eating carbohydrates unhealthy?. According to my experience the carbohydrates are good for you. It brings you energy which you need to do exercises or activities in general.
If you dont eat fast food, will it decrease the changes to be obess? No, you could end be fat no matter if you ever eat fast food. To prevent obessity you need to eat healthy, to exercise and to stop sedentary life.
In conclusion, the balanced diet is important to have a healthy and proactive life. But some people think that eat healthy is the only thing you need to have a great life but you also need to do exercises, to live an active life, to sleep eight hours and to stop drink alcohol.
